Woodfolk House
Charlottesville, Virginia,
United States
Woodfolk House is a group house in Charlottesville Virginia. We have been in Cville since May of 1999.
We are supportive of activism. While we do not require it, we have a history of activism within our membership.
We are an environmental model house. Our house is made of strawbales and fully solar heated. We do not have air conditioning or a clothes drier. We have a large garden and orchard around the house, and sometimes accept agricultural interns.
We have two rules, no damn TV, and no TV dammit. We encourage people to communicate directly with each other.
