THiNC, Together Housing Inc. EMiTA Group, has got planning permission to build 10 holiday houses, one guest house, and a strawbale common house, which is just starting to be built with passive and active hydro-solar heating. Two houses have already been built. Eight blocks of stratum title land are for sale, and members buying land have to pay into the common house. It is 19 acres of land, waterfront with a beautiful sandy beach with deep water.
At the moment there are two adults, three horses, two cats, and one dog living at EMiTA. There are several interested individuals and four committed members, but we are open for new potential members.
