 THiNC, Together Housing Inc. EMiTA Group has got planning permission to build 10 holiday houses, 1 guesthouse + a strawbale commonhouse, which is just starting to be built with passive and active hydro solar heating. 2 houses have already been built. 7 blocks of stratum title land are for sale, and members buying land have to pay into the common house. It is 19 acre of land, waterfront to a beautiful sandy beach with deep water.
At the moment there are 3 adults, 3 horses, 1 cat + 1 dog living at EMiTA. There are several interested individuals + 2 committed members, but we are open for new potential members.
