This community is in the process of finding some land in europe.

We are intending to:

· Live from the land, eventually growing all our own food and materials,

· Use ecological building techniques,

· Demonstrate that people can exist happily and healthily without degrading the environment,

· Develop an extensive natural woodland

· Take part in direct action and demonstrations, for example against capitalism and war.

Anarres will have the following rules which everyone living in the village agrees to live by:

· No sale of produce – plants, minerals, water from the land.

· No pets or livestock

· No motor vehicles within the village

· No toxic chemicals

· One third of land to be kept wild and undisturbed

· All growing to be done vegan organically

This will take a long time to acheive but we will gradually decrease our dependency on the land outside the village.)
