 About The communityThe buildings are owned by the cooperative housing association Ladegård.ORGANISATIONTo get to live in the community you have to buy a share belonging to the house you want to move in. This has a max.pris set by the housing association at the annual accounting meeting in the spring - calculated based on house size in m2 attributed to one by calculating approved price increase. In addition, the seller can charge for regular improvements. The proportion may be pledged to banks for mortgage-like conditions.The daily operation of F.T. economics, management and drawing action performed by a board, elected at the general meeting as provided by statute. The current, more everyday things - new ideas, planning, suggestions, problems, and fame, costly initiatives ... discussed at great meeting held approx. once a month.RENTYou pay a monthly amount for community housing to meet repayments on loans, operating expenses, maintenance, on account heating, communal facilities mm. A conto-"rents" determined on the budget meeting for the coming year and finalized in the financial year after the general meeting.LOCATIONWay Community Garden is a side road in the Netherlands Ladegårdsvej Åstrup in the northeastern outskirts of Haderslev, on the north side of the fjord, ca. 3.5 km from the center.The parish is called Åstrup, municipality (New) Haderslev province (and now defunct county) South Jutland region of Denmark.
