Jubilee Partners is a Christian service community that was started in 1979 on 258 acres of land in north Georgia. We seek to understand and live by the radical implications of following Jesus Christ and the biblical vision of "Jubilee."

MEMBERSHIP The community is comprised of approximately 25 adults and 5 children. About half of these folks are resident partners (permanent staff), and half are volunteers who come through an application process and stay for periods of three to five months.

SERVICE Jubilee's ministries include resettling refugees from various countries; working to abolish the death penalty; visiting prisoners; peacemaking; and raising money to promote justice, peace, and healing in Nicaragua.

LIFESTYLE We try to live a simple andcompassionate lifestyle. We want our life together to reflect Biblical values rather than cultural values of materialism, consumerism, and individualism. We are open to new members, but everyone interested in living here must come as a volunteer for the first year.
