United States
Cobb Hill is a 23-unit cohousing community on 260 acres of farm and forest land in Hartland, Vermont. Construction of homes and a common house was completed in 2002. We formed as an intentional community with a focus on finding ways to live sustainably, to support local farm enterprises, and to understand our impacts on the environment. We make efforts to learn from our experiments, having used a number of new technologies in the home building and shared infrastructure here.
