Coastal Cohousing
Ventura, California,

We want a common house like this one at Oak Creek Commons in Paso Robles.
We envision an environmentally oriented cohousing community within five miles of the Pacific Ocean. Families are encouraged. Aesthetics, health, recreation, tolerance, and sustainability are higher priorities than affordability. The median home price in our area is above $500,000 and we have yet to figure out how to create cohousing units for much less than that.
