Coastal Cohousing
Ventura, California,
United States
We want a common house like this one at Oak Creek Commons in Paso Robles.
An environmentally-oriented cohousing community within 5 miles of the Pacific Ocean. Families are encouraged. Aesthetics, health, recreation, tolerance, and sustainability are higher priorities than affordability. The median home price in our area is above $500,000 and we have yet to figure out how to create cohousing units for much less than that.
