 We are a nonprofit housing co-op located near the University of California, Berkeley, campus. Members occupy a 22-unit, three-story apartment building. We provide well-maintained, affordable housing in a friendly community atmosphere. Members are asked to contribute eight hours of work per month in addition to their monthly assessment.

 (We don't have any planned visitors; we generally have open house events when unit is open.)
Visitor Process: Phone or email us. Visitors are rare, as we don't often have openings. Please request a visit only if you believe your visit will help the greater intentional community community. When we have openings, visitors are fit into "open house" and interview formats.
