Ferency House
Ferency Co-op is located in East Lansing, Michigan, less than one block from the campus of Michigan State University and downtown East Lansing.
Ferency is a part of the Student Housing Corporation (SHC) (which owns and operates 12 houses in the area). It is situated between two other SHC co-ops, which makes for a happy community.
Ferency is a nonsmoking house and is in excellent condition. There is generally a house pet.
Ferency is mostly comprised of MSU students, though other residents are certainly welcome. Most residents are temporary, being students, but some residents stay a few years.
Stop by and see our house!
