Debs House
Ann Arbor, Michigan,
United States
Debs Co-op is a fun, cozy, queer-friendly haven for artists, writers, musicians, activists, and anyone else who likes to meet diverse people and live and grow cooperatively. We eat dinners with our friends at nearby Lester House, and both houses make a concerted effort to buy organic and local foods. We buy only vegetarian food, but members are not restricted as to what foods they may bring into the house. Debs has a study/guest room, a piano, six plus parking spaces, a 15-space bike shed, a VCR, a computer and the internet, several portraits of our namesake, and a huge Mother Earth sculpture. Currently, we do not allow cats. Stop by anytime!
