We are living in separate families--one as a single. You also may say it is a community of couples with children. Attractive to families. The indoor and outdoor facilities make it great for children, but when they grow older it is a hassle because of the 4-kilometer transport to the village, 10 kilometers to town, to friends, and arrangements.
Great place for countryside parties. Since we have lived together for a long time (7-20 years), grownup children are mooved from home and no more babies exspected. We all work out of house. One couple grows vegetables and meat (organic) for self-support and makes some extra money that way, besides their jobs in town.
We live so far out that we consider ourselves dependent on cars.
