We are living in separate families and one single person. The indoor and outdoor facilities make it great for children, but when they grow older it is a hassle because of the 4-kilometer transport to the village and 10 kilometers to town. We had to transport them a lot by car. When they reach the age 0f 18-20 years they used to move to a bigger town to go on with some education. But they love to come home to visit. Where else will it be possible to have a party with 60-80 friends.

We have lived together as nabours and friends for a long time (7 -25 years) and used a lot of work to change the old farm to a very original and comfortable livingplace. Grown-up children have moved from home and no more babies are expected. Waiting for grandchildren! Most of us work outside of the community. One couple grows vegetables (organic) and meat-sheep for our self-support.

Most of the comunity members do some handcraft or artistics.

Our place is so far out of any other settlement, that we depend on the use of cars, even if we do a lot of biking.

By this we come to a monthly) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: No Labor Contribution: Expected (Different regular responsibillities, 2 - 3 weekends with common work/projekts) Join Fee: Yes (ca. $46000 - per adult, which you get back when you move out. Children are free.) Regular Fees: Yes (Monthly contribution ca. 1410$ (all included) per adult shareholder as rent + pay for food, which is bought in bigger ammounts, as fixed amount of 140 USD per month. For children is to be payed acording to their age.)

Share Community Meals: 1 time/week (Groupes of 2-3 prepare the food in our big kitchen connected to the assamblyroom.) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (Few members er vegetarian, therefor the common meal will have both with and without meet.. The common buy of groceries take care of special needs. We have a store room, where everybody can go and get everything without registration. Some few fresh goods we buy extra privatly.)
