Shiloah Valley Community
Eskdale, Utah,
United States
Shiloah Valley Community is a Christian community with a strong identification with Israel, particularly the tribe of Levi. Education and music are emphasized in the private K---12 school. The religious organization behind the community is the Order of Aaron. We view ourselves as a ministry, not a denomination. We welcome all Christians and desire to work with any Christians seeking reconciliation within the body of Christ. We have similarities with Anabaptist communities, charismatic Christians, and messianic Jews. We observe the Israelite feasts of Passover, Shavuot, and Sukkot. Economically we function as a common fund. Our primary support comes from a 200-cow dairy and a large farm, but we have many other economic pursuits. We are active in the larger community, holding annual July Fourth and Christmas celebrations for all in the valley.
