Families and single people share a fraternal life of work, service, and spiritual search. The communities follow a simple lifestyle, some choosing the rural life (respecting the environment as they work the land), others giving priority to hospitality and training.
The life of the community is built on the practice of nonviolence in daily life, the sharing of tasks and responsibilities, decision making, reconciliation. This daily existence is rooted and grounded in the life of prayer and silence, where each person is invited to deepen the practice of their own religion and to value that of others. The Companions are committed by vow to this fraternal life while respecting each other's path.
