Nomad Cohousing
Boulder, Colorado,
United States
Nomad residents enjoying a summer courtyard party.
Nomad Cohousing is an 11-unit urban community on a one-acre site, two miles from beautiful downtown Boulder. Our common dining area is attached to a 54-year-old community playhouse (The Nomad Theater) that we share with them in a relationship where they hold opening-night receptions for their plays in our common house and we use the theater for philantropical passions i.e., benefits for affordable housing agencies and the Sierra Club. We are adjacent to a small shopping center (super market, two restaurants, video rental, liquor store, cafe, diner and dry cleaners), and within a couple of minutes’ walk of the foothills to the Rockies and Boulder Mountain open space. As if this is not enough, we are a block off Boulder's bus route.
