Safe Haven Ranch
Safe Haven Ranch SoCal, California,
United States
(Southern California)
We are a small family looking to get out of the rat race and live a more natural, green, healthy, peaceful, stress free, and sustainable lifestyle in a small community of likeminded similar families. We have been hit hard by the recession and the new world economy and do not want to continue to fight to live a life that isn’t good for us and that we don’t even like anymore.
We realized quite some time ago that a good quality of life is about family, healthy kids, friends, good food, nutrition, health, love, and a stress-free existence, but it’s been difficult to find our way out of the rat race. Additionally, having a young child you feel obligated to have them in public or private schools and prepare them to succeed in the rat race and a very uncertain world.
We are not happy with the corporate or religious takeover of America, and are in fact very concerned about what the future holds for this country, especially the working poor and struggling middle class families and children of our country.
We are very tired of eating bland, poisonous and genetically altered food and having to decide whether to pay for our daily expenses or eat fresh healthy food and want to grow our own.
Our dream is a little home or cabin on some acreage where we can have a small farm, be mostly off grid and be self-sufficient, self-sustaining and live more of a pioneer community lifestyle with other families with children that want the same thing.
We have a sense of spirituality through a connection to Mother Nature and a strong belief in common decency and kindness with Karma being our guiding light but we are not religious.
We feel that the Native American’s had it right in their lifestyle and connection to the earth but see no proof of a creator and believe in evolution.
If you feel that you and your family (couples and single mom’s) are compatible with ours please contact us and maybe we can discuss a plan to find our land and create our own little EcoVillage or Safe Haven Ranch.
