Homestead Farms Ecovillage

 Homestead Farms is a forming ecovillage in the Asheville, NC area. We are currently looking for interested parties to join our group and help establish our community. Our goal is to purchase land, via fundraisers, by the year 2018. In order to accomplish this goal, we need more people who want to be involved giving of nothing but their time.
Homestead Farms is being established to help people who want to get back on their feet financially. No money is required to join or live on the farm. We will strive to be completely self-sustaining, and to teach others in our larger community how to do so as well.
Homestead Farms is open to people of all age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and phase of life. If you have a desire to live in a community based on social awareness, spirituality, conscious living, environmentalism, organic food growing and raising, gentle parenting, naturalism, education, community, and giving, Homestead Farms is the place for you!
We are looking for people who obtain or are currently learning or have a great desire to learn the following skills and are willing to become the “town expert” in one or more of these areas:
