Looking to form co-housing on the west side with like minded people.

Intent will be to purchase a small apartment building and convert some open space, or one of the apartments into a game room for tabletop role playing games, miniatures combat, strategy board games, etc.

There will be some shared meals and chores. Property might consist of both owners and renters.

We are not looking to re-create the proverbial "parents basement". The project will be non-gaming spouse friendly, pizza boxes get recycled promptly, and regular bathing is expected.

Occasional tournaments/events/etc. may be run and include outsiders. Room will be set aside for an extensive toolroom / miniatures workshop
