Panama Cohousing Village
Near but not in Playa Coronado Area, Panama,
Panama
We will be near, not on, the beach
Panama Cohousing Village is a developer led community in the late formation stage. We have more than a dozen households around the world, some of which meet periodically to create our vision for a community of 25 households, a large common house, a large lap and leisure pool, and ground for gardening. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2014, and will be located in the general area of the Coronado Beach area, on about 18 acres, or more. The housing will be clustered on less than 4 acres. A primary emphasis of the community is to provide a supportive community in which residents of multiple generations can age in community.
We are currently searching for land, which will be close to emergency health care, and large enough to allow for substantial community gardens.
