Serenity Gardens Eco Village is an idea whose time has come. This 234 acre parcel of land in the mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean above the town of Coronado will have 130 homes. Each house will be of simple, sustainable materials and with ample land to grow food that the community will share. The permitting process is underway as well as topography work to determine all of the home sites. A portion of the land has incredible ocean views and will be used as a community area so that all can enjoy it.

There are three streams that flow through the property. One in particular has significant flow and elevation drop to support several hydro-electric turbines to power the community and supply water to the homes and common areas. Homes will be built with solar panels and be equipped with energy efficient led lighting throughout. Studies will be conducted on whether or not there is enough wind to generate electricity as well.

Serenity Gardens is a "sister" project to Osa Mountain Village Resort which is approximately 10 minutes south in the same mountain range.
