Sustainable urban ecovillage of cottage studio spaces which combine the latest natural building methods with new sustainable technology in a private forested urban setting that includes a large commons space for workshops and yoga, grow dome, and gardens.
We will strive to provide Sustainable living spaces with a low cost of living with rents at a rate around 50% lower than market rent. Remember in the 90's when people thought it was outragious for people in Manhatten to be paying $800 for an apartment? Now that is the average price for a small apartment even in smaller cities. Greedy owners should be ashamed and bring rents back to reasonable levels.
One of the unique features is that we will be in an urban location within a 15 minute drive to major employers, universities, and night life.
We worked on the development of this project for over fifteen years. We practice facilitation and group process skills and are committed to efficient communications, caring about each other, having fun, and following the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated.
As a small community, we place a premium on getting to know people before they become residents. In the event a home becomes available, we will keep in contact and maintain a list of those interested.
Community location is placed at the center of the zip/postal code, city/state, or city/country (not based on street addresses)
