A cohousing aporoach to coastal living located near the Gulf of Mexico in Northwest Florida. A new multi-generational coastal neighborhood made up of small cottages and quaint bungalows is currently in the development stage in Florida. New members are being sought to join in this exciting opportunity unfolding in Northwest Florida, located between Pensacola and Talahassee, the Capital. The two and one-third acre land site has been acquired and is ideally situated near shopping, recreation, and less than one mile from the white sandy shores and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Preliminary approval for twenty to twenty-five homes is expected and all utilities are close by the site. Design emphasis and focus of the neighborhood will be centered on native landscape, water conservation, and environmental sensitive (including passive and direct solar) construction design. Amenities such as: a common house, pool, hot tub, green spaces, small community garden and seaside inspired hammocks swaying between palm trees are all anticipated in this neighborhood -- Northwest Florida's first planned cohousing neighborhood.
Find out today how you can get Florida's white beach sand between your toes and live in a coastal cohousing tropical paradise.
