Windfall (Art) Farm
Webster, Minnesota,
United States
Spring
Windfall is a rural houseshare situation with a theme of art, music, and gardening. It is located about 15 miles outside the college town of Northfield, MN, and is less than an hour drive from the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The property consists of a spacious 1970's era house with an attached barn that has a large shared studio space. There are fifty acres surrounding the house that are a beautiful combination of wooded hillsides, ponds and marshes, oak groves, an old grape vineyard, and wide open fields of grass.
Residency is a combination of full-time and part-time. There is one room available to rent weekly, as well as space to host workshops and group retreats.
Windfall is a new community that is just finding it's feet. It's intention is to be an age-inclusive work/learn/play environment.
