 Bundschu Creek Cohousing is a new cohousing community located on the eastern edge of Independence, Missouri.
The site is a lovely hilltop, with Bundschu Creek at the wooded edge of the site. (Please see the map and pictures below.) All utilities are on site, which was planned as the future phase of the Rockwell Estates subdivision.
The site is now owned by Beyond the Horizon LLC, which is promoting multiple cohousing communities in Independence, Missouri in collaboration with Interdependence Cohousing Association.
The site is located within the Fort Osage School District. A city park and trail extension is being planned adjacent to the site.
