Forming, looking for new members. Eugene is overdue for more cohousing!

We're shopping for a location in the outskirts of Eugene, Oregon, more rural than being in town but still close to city amenities.

Unlike most cohousing, members will be able to either team up to build townhouses, or build their own designs, similar to Arcadia cohousing in North Carolina, which resulted in a "village" feel (see http://communities.ic.org/articles/99/The_Meandering_Paths_of_Arcadia).
