Rancho ∞ Amigos is strategically located approximately 100kms from Puerto Vallarta and Careyes, on one of the largest fresh water lakes in Mexico! We are a self-sustainable eco-ranch located on 300 hectares (approx. 750 acres) on Cajon de Peņas in the Tomatlan region in Jalisco Mexico. Each home is built using the best available materials to ensure maximum lifetime.
The ranch features hundreds of fruit trees and homes are located in very close proximity to the river. We are building a strong community of individuals and families who can be completely self-sustainable and live in harmony with nature. We have livestock on the ranch, water from nearby mountain springs (all plumbing is in place), hundreds of fruit trees, and not to mention each home will have it's own 100 square meter vegetable garden / greenhouse on very fertile soil.
Come see what we're all about and for more information about how to become a part of our project.

Leadership Core Group:
Labor and Money
Members have independent finances
(There are ways to make money on the ranch, but for the most part, each person is independent regarding finances.)
Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt:
(We are not in this for money, but people would have to purchase their share of land and build their home on the land.)
(If each member takes care of his/her own plot of land, the rest should take care of itself.)
(No fee, just buy land and build your dream home!)
(Members are only required to keep up the plumbing & filters. Since water is free, this cost is only covering upkeep.)
Land and Buildings
741.3 acres (300.0 hectares)
(Each partner has access to all of the land, however, each owns a specific defined portion that is their portion only.)
Land Owned By:
Community-controlled land trust
(Each member owns a share in the Land Trust. Ownership is guaranteed.)
Number of Residences:
(We currently have 5 houses built, with 2 owners. There are enough resources for 30 homes.)

Dietary Choice or Restrictions:
Diet is up to each individual
(Although we have no dietary restrictions, some members are strictly vegan, while others choose to eat animal products.)
(To each his own :-))
Common Spiritual Practices:
(Again, we respect choice. You are free to choose.)
Private school off the property

(We are continuing to build houses for new arrivals)
Square Feet in Common House:
