Scant 15 miles from Midtown Manhattan accessible by bus (on corner)& light rail (5 blocks) to all mass transit. Intentional, meditating, organic, omnivorous, multi-generational, with commitment to environmental sustainability, spiritual diversity and creating a more just human presence on the planet. Open to cooperative living, communal pantry & meals, shared cottage industry (organic gardening anyone?), artists, lovers, adults & children who would like to make an oasis bloom in the urban desert. Because our housing is a single housing unit and requires the sharing of bathroom, kitchen and common space membership/residency may be restricted based on sex/gender in accordance with the law.
