 60 acres with gorgeous 3 bedroom common house, 3 small bedrooms in an historic house that serves as farm storefront, one small bunkhouse. Large community garden, 11 stall barn, 2 greenhouses, 1 commercial kitchen, 2 residential kitchens, good pasture and sugarbush, plenty of trails through abutting town forest, substantial flock of sheep and chickens and lots of fiber workshop space and tools. 15 minutes drive from MOFGA.
