Riverside Cohousing
Camden, Maine,
United States
We are creating a neighborhood of diverse individuals balancing self-reliance and interdependance within and ecologically responsible setting. We have the option to buy a 5 acre site in Camden, Maine. The parcel includes 500 feet of riverfront and is within a ten minute walk to downtown Camden.
We are planning to build two buildings, each with 3 complete resistential units. The site is zoned for mix-use, so the potential for many bussiness possibilites exists. Please see our website for a concept drawing of one of the three-unit buildings.
