As of now,our commune is a tribe of four:)myself(alicia 26)a stay at home mom,tattoo arist,seamstress, artist,yoga teacher;my husband(27)an insulator and jack of many trades,and our two children gavyn (4 1/2)& Gaia (3)..last year we moved to our dream home;a little house on 4 acres of land;hugged by trees and a beautiful creek that feels like an old friend. The four seasons envelope you here completely,and you cannot help but fall back into rhythm with the earth again:) our vision since we bought our home is to return to the "way of the one".to create a small community of like minded folk who's focus is on love,interconnectedness,living in harmony with each other and with the earth..returning to a place of simplicity,gratitude,and contentment. we wish to share this vision with two other families who feel drawn to be here.we are just beginning this part of our journey and have been working this past year on rebuilding our home..we are now at a place where we are ready to put the energy out there to make this vision a reality...there are no other homes currently built on the land...our hope is to collectively build two earth homes with the families who find their path has led them here..we have have many resources and like minded folks in surrounding area that can help,and we are hoping to build the home as naturally and earth friendly(and cheaply!)as possible;our dream is to eventually have our tribe be off the grid entirely,living in harmony with the earth:)ahhhhh...i get so excited just thinking about it:)our ideal vision is to share the land with a family with children...to be able to play together,learn together,and grow together...sharing responsibilities,gardening together, preserving together,laughing together, creating together,celebrating and dancing together,learning how to work together to create a web of interconnectedness and harmony,and radiating that energy and love out into the world!we are looking for someone who is very commited to this vision, and plans on putting the effort forth to create this reality and plans on sticking around:)(for it will most defintely be hard work!but joyous and well worth it:)obviously life happens,and things may change,but our intention is to come together as family:)i believe that we are all truly connected and that one tiny pebble dropped in this ocean of life ripples out to every single drop...and we wish to return to our roots of love and compassion and to be the change we wish to see in the world:)namaste
