| Community functioning while looking for rural (not remote) land near Eugene, Oregon, and additional members. We honor all generations from children to elders.
Our main external focus is on services of healing and wellness to the outside community, with special focus on spiritual/energetic work but offering all modalities for which our current or future members may be qualified: healing, counseling, workshops, seminars, retreats, acupuncture, allopathic, etc. Those with relevant skills are therefore especially welcome.
We promote our own emotional and spiritual well-being and personal growth through mutual respect, empathy, and compassion; mutual support and help in life’s difficulties and puzzles; and just enjoying life and each other’s company.
We currently support ourselves with Reiki Tummo healing, other energetic healing, life coaching, writing, and other home office work. When we acquire land, we want to provide for our own physical survival comfortably and sustainably, as the current mainstream culture and economy transitions into that which will follow.
Sustainable self-sufficiency: growing most food; partial off-grid power with potential for 100% off-grid if necessary. Chickens, maybe sheep, goats, llamas, etc. Barter, trade, and buy other items.
The founders are polyamorous, but you need not be, as long as you are comfortable knowing that many community members are.
We anticipate separate living quarters on shared land plus some shared indoor community space (a room or building) and shared outbuildings. You could also live off the premises if you can still participate fully in community life.
We share labor and cash costs; your other money stays yours, as does your free time. Outside jobs, home offices, and cottage industries welcome. Status: Active | Community location is placed at the center of the zip/postal code, city/state, or city/country (not based on street addresses) |
Statement of Housing Non-discrimination: Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.
