Students Cooperative House
We are a friendly group of 29 men and women students and non-students alike who live near the University of Minnesota campus. We share three bathrooms, a kitchen, living rooms, bike repair area, art room, and garden. We are always taking applications via our website and rent on a month by month basis. We provide recycling, compost, a meal plan, parking, and bike storage. We are currently a housing cooperative corporation but are in the mid-stages of becoming a non-profit cooperative housing organization. We strive to learn from each other, live sustainably together and leave the world a better place than we found it.
