We are looking for 5-10 persons or families that would like to acquire a small paradise in San Luis, Argentina to form a small community interested in protecting this property and developing small projects or enterprises that do not harm the environment; i.e. ecotourism, permaculture education. The property is 117 hectares(289.11 acres) with a small river running 1500m through it.

Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Population Members(adults and children): 2 (for now it's just me and my partner, we are still trying to form the community) Open to new members: Yes	Labor and Money Financial Style: Partial income sharing (we should agree in protecting the property. Members may be financiall independent. There will be shared income for any community business enterprises, but the money from the enterprises would be used in sustainable living projects) Join Fee: Yes (we are looking for those who would invest in buying this property to create a permaculture community)	Land and Buildings Rural Area: 289.1 acres (117.0 hectares) Land Owned By: The community (Community members would all become part-owners of property) Cohousing: No (We are looking for families who would like to live together on this property, but in independent homes)
Food, etc. Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (there should be no discrimination to one's dietary choices and it would be preferrable to be in agreement on this matter. Eating fish, meat, and dairy products can be done sustainably.) Dietary Practice: Omnivorous Alcohol Use: Used occasionally Tobacco Use: Seldom used (prefer to not have members who buy brand name cigarrettes)	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: No Educational Style(s): Public schooled (Homeschool is a great option although there are various small rural public schools that are another good option to be a part of surrounding communities.)
