Aquarian Nomad is for everyone who wants to leave behind the rat race and live at sea. Eventually forming a flottila of ships and live abords trading between us. As an intentional community, this has great potential because anyone from anywhere can join. And unlike land based communities, your share/boat is a protected investment because you can move on whenever or if ever you choose.
At present we are seeking correspondance with those living at sea full-time, those wishing to try such an endeavor, those with boating expertise, those without who have other skills to offer, or who want to invest in their own boat like us.
This community will stay open to new captains and ships to join or leave. Nomadic travel will mostly be based on weather and tides. (but experience and political climate will play a roll in choosing direction). Feel free to write regardless of your location. Donations of boats and boating equipment suitable for offshore sailing graciously accepted.
We encourage comments from those who have first hand experience with a community so that others may benefit from your experience. Please share information you think will be useful to other users of this site, in a clear, concise, and polite manner. Each community can choose to display all comments, display selected comments, or not to display comments (more info). Communities will be shown email addresses of those who comment so that they might communicate with you if they choose.
