 An outgrowth of the Olympia Housing Cooperative feasibility study conducted in 2010 in collaboration with the NW Cooperative Development Center in Olympia, WA.
An Asset Management Cooperative formed on the cooperative business model is being established. In addition, a separate non-profit, the Sherman St. Artists Cooperative will house and provide a vibrant creative environment for tenants of the Asset Management Cooperative.
The shared mission is to provide a membership development program to enable and empower tenants to become voting, shareholding members of the Asset Management Cooperative.
