San Andres
Puntarenas,
Costa Rica
Existing residential community with a great opportunity to build a bigger one using sandbag building techniques.
Constructor and design in preparation.
Main house can lodge 6 to 8p.
Additional space available for domes (see:www.earthshipcostarica.org)
The whole area can be rented for a try-out of your community.3 months optimal with option on renewal or sale.
Adj. available extra hectare that could be rented as agricultural land (=cheap).
I really want to do this and am well positioned (16yrs residency) to fix and adapt all towards needs.
San Andres is a community as a village already, hosting an extra community is a easy thing here.
