Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

Regular Fees: Yes (housing costs for individual housing unit. And basic annual maintenance.)
Land and Buildings Rural Area: 40 acres (16.2 hectares) (we started with 135, but have sold some acres off... If you just want to live in our neighborhood and be a 'social member' on your own land, please contact us and let us know. We WILL sell on land contract or rent-to-own.) Land Owned By: The community Number of Residences: 4 Cohousing: Yes (Possibly, if requested or required.)	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: 6-20% (We aim for MORE garden in the coming year. We need MORE experienced gardeners.) Share Community Meals: Nearly all dinners (Meal prep is shared. If you like to cook for a group and want to, we can increase this number.) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (food allergies and restrictions are up to each individual. Cook of the day will label all dishes in question. Please inform us of ANY allergies or Restrictions. Some of us have had some strange dietary requirements in the past. We can accommodate anyone if need be. But If you can and WANT to cook most meals, we can discuss.) Dietary Practice: Omnivorous (Currently Omniverorous. Cooks Choice. See dietary choice or restrictions catagory for more information.) Alcohol Use: Used occasionally (individual choice as long as there are no issues with other members. Please, If you want to drink on occasion, Do it peacefully. Violent or dangerous drinkers WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Social drinking and pleasant drinkers may be OK.) Tobacco Use: Used Occasionally (individual choice as long as there are no issues with other members. Please have respect for those who have broken this habit by NOT smoking around them if requested.)	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: No (Basically, we all believe in the 'Golden Rule'. In whatever version you are familiar with it. It all says the same thing.) Which Spiritual Traditions(s): Eclectic (integrates pieces from many religions) Educational Style(s): Home schooling :: Public schooled :: Other (Home and Public Schools as well as Cyberschools have been used. Parents Choice for their children. Our children currently LOVE the local public K-8 school.)
