Why 'Gaia Shifts'?
Even Einstein said: We cannot solve our 'problems' using the 'same thinking' that got us into them!
WE ARE READY FOR A DIFFERENT SOCIAL EXPERIMENT TO HAPPEN
1. Collaboration: to choose a positive future, we need the imagination, commitment and passion that can never be commanded but can only be unleashed in groups of equals. Our present day manipulative hierarchal decision making machines are well oiled!
We envision that it takes a variety of collaborative groups focussed on social change (communication, human relationships, human rights/responsibilities, steady state economy, environmental protection) that work... better than the hierarchies.
2. Seize the opportunity as women to organize for (nonviolent) social change in an eco-feminist manner within the larger context of Society.
3. Remove ourselves from debt-economy
3. Keep exploring and supporting the movement toward viable alternatives to private ownership of land, i.e. acquiring and placing land into a Community Land Trust.
Small business of alternative semi permanent canvas dwellings on site, see www.outdoorcanvasdesigns.ca
