New community forming in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. The community will feature very efficient homes designed around practical zero-energy solutions. The homes will share energy resources, capture and store rainwater, reuse greywater through greywater gardens that produce food, organic gardens throughout will add to the beauty and efficiency of the community. The common house features a commercial kitchen to encourage residents to enjoy meals together, the lake access is shared by all residents.

This community is in formation stages with just over 100 members currently. There are now options in the Tampa Bay area for more than one community site. Both rural farm based and urban community based. Contact us if you are interested in cohousing in Tampa Bay!
