Another goal is to build each member a "home" whether it be a teepee,a retrofitted motor home or a custom designed and completely unique mobile dwelling. In unsure times, one must be prepared and to be mobile to seek work, education and perhaps to move to another part of the country as they seek their futures. Look forward to your reply.

Visitor Process: It is not formed yet. When land or home is purchased and the community is in it's formative time and thereafter, guests will be welcome. There may be overnight accomodations for a few. Contact to request visit.

Statement of Housing Non-discrimination:

Our community does not discriminate in regards to housing based on race/color, national origin, religion, sex/gender, family status (i.e. having children, not having children, or being pregnant), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, source of income, age, creed, personal appearance, political affiliation, HIV infection, military/veteran status, unfavorable military discharge, gender identity or expression, receiving public assistance, or being the victim of domestic abuse.

There will be dues.) Open to Members with Pre-existing Debt: Yes Labor Contribution: Expected (workshare encouraged to 50%) Join Fee: No Regular Fees: Yes (rent, workshare or combination accepted)
Land and Buildings Rural (or small town) Land Owned By: A subgroup of community members (you may purchase land shares with elder status) Number of Residences: 3 (will each have small mobile independent, communal shop, central kitchen,meeting space) Cohousing: Yes (Both cohousing and independent)	Food, etc. Percentage of Food Grown: 21-50% (desired garden and stock = 50%) Share Community Meals: Nearly all dinners (optional) Dietary Choice or Restrictions: Diet is up to each individual (all diets must be accepted) Dietary Practice: Omnivorous (be comfortable with your choice of diet, no restrictions) Alcohol Use: Used occasionally (within balance remember?) Tobacco Use: Seldom used (if you smoke, you smoke)	Social Factors Common Spiritual Practices: No (what you do is what you do spiritually speaking, recongnizing one's spiritual self is encouraged) Which Spiritual Traditions(s): (all positive worship is encouraged) Educational Style(s): Other (school your children as you wish, they will learn plenty here without knowing it)
