This is an incredible community which promotes sustainable living and participation among its residents.

The construction began on April 18, 2010 and is way ahead of schedule. We are located in the Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica at about 2,000 feet elevation.

We hold webinars every Thursday evening at 9:00 pm Eastern Time and welcome your participation.

Our FLY AND BUY programs are in place which will generously reward you for your visit if you do decide to purchase. Villas start at $114,000 (subject to change).
