11 ha of land, forming Permaculture association with possibility of integrated business and income.Plans of low impact tourism. Some shared places, Bio pool, forest, shared resources. Main spaces to be rented by community, include large kitchen, living room,. possibility of some shared times and meals depending on needs of group.
