God's Place in the fall
What We Believe: Why this site and why this place?
If you live in a large city or any city for that matter, have you seen what happens when a crisis hits your city? Have you ever said to yourself "What would we do or where would we go?"
Almost all of the information on this site is looking from a perspective of the above scenario happening. We look at the way our government is run and the economic issues. We see what has become of our society and we ask "What if it gets worse? What if there is a collapse of our economic system as we know it. . . "
We are not predicting the end of the world, or that this is the time right before the return of Christ.
We are of the opinion that the nation as we knew it maybe heading for bankruptcy or another great depression. We are hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. The truth is everyday we are closer to the Lords return. We feel if you found this site, you may be one of the families we are praying for and believe God will direct to God's Place. I don’t want it to happen, but everything seems to point to this reality.
Just like the return of Jesus, we don’t have a definite time, we are only told to be prepared. So with that as our guide, we have tried to do what we feel God would have us do to be prepared. We are not set up to fight the government in any way. We are however, a community that will protect from outside forces and yet try to help others if we can.
This is not a timeshare type operation. It is meant to be community of believers living the best we can, knowing that our previous lifestyle has radically changed. How long will these effects carry on... we don’t know. But as a community we can strive to live well while the times change.
