Most members will have outside jobs or go to school. We will start out very small. Small single family houses/apartments but some shared spaces. Mainly neighbors.

We will have a community kitchen for group meals, community living room, and a community laundry.

Also shared items to include lawn mowers, snow blowers and other items that people might not use every day. Might depend on the person.

No illegal drug use.

Alcohol use is fine, just obey the law and do not bother anyone else. If your doctor tells you not to drink, consider following his advice.

Guns are ok providing you are obeying the law. Prefer you keep them locked up in a safe or something similar.
