 Ecotopia on the ionian island of ithaca greece is a co-housing project. On 37500 sqm land there will be nine owners. Each owner has 4125 sqm. The owners will follow general rules about energy- water- environment- and sustainabilitymanagement.
Energy = photovoltaic, water = rain, environment = keep the landscape as it is, sustainability = solid finances and good neighbouhood.
The buildingmaterials will be mainly stone and wood.
One share of 4125 sqm is available for 60000 Euros. This price is all inclusive. (Taxes etc.)
The land is bought, the first steps are done (road/paths, watertanks etc. Three shares are still available.
The next meeting of the owners will be from 22. till 29. April 2011 on Ithaca.
