Long to live in a community supporting a path of love, simple life and growth?
I am looking for 2-3 people serious about spiritual growth and holistic living to form a healthy tribe around core values which include:
-- No longer being alone in our efforts to evolve mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually
-- Sharing one or more regularly-scheduled meals per week
-- Having weekly house meetings to check in with members and discuss issues
-- Making decisions by consensus
-- Practicing non-violent communication
-- Living organically and loving the earth, leaving as small a footprint as possible
-- Valuing kindness as our religion and compassion as our doctrine
-- Revering all life as holy
-- Respecting diversity as a tool for healing and growth
-- Regarding health as sacred, in all mental, social and physical forms
-- Eating all or mostly raw foods, vegetarian foods, and organic foods. (No foods are specifically banned, but the idea is to form a community of people who honor their bodies and choose healthy options in whatever way that means to them.)
-- Maintaining a clean-air environment, free of household chemicals and fragrances.
-- Trusting that service is an expression of the divine and that freely giving does not diminish a person
-- Taking responsibility for your actions and how they impact others
-- Sharing all household tasks and meal prep on a rotating basis
Obviously, this will be a non-smoking household.
People of all ages, gender, race, sexual orientation, and abilities welcome.
Pets will be negotiable with landlord and community, when formed.
Goal is to keep costs at a maximum of $500 a month per person, to garden, and live as sustainably as possible.
