We are currently working to develop an eco-village in Uhland, Hays County. We

have 45 acres situated on Plum Creek that will include 19 single family homes of varying sizes. This will be a meditation community open to all who meditate in any form. The community will include a 20+ acre farm that will be used and maintained by the community members for their consumption as well as an onsite medicinal/herbal garden. There will also be onsite orchards, a community center, swimming pond with beach and other ponds, and the possiblity of solar and wind energy phased into the development as well. The community will be gated, have municipal water for domestic use, and onsite septic facilities. The community will be set up as a condo association, but will have separated individual homes ranging from Studios of 291sf up to 3 bedroom homes of 1830sf. All home plans are available for viewing and reflect the natural honey comb shape. We are currenly working on the delopment of this wonderful community

and plan to break ground at the end of the year or the very beginning of the
