Vital Village creates a framework for people’s development. Together with the traditional knowledge of the Mayas of Yucatán - the same people that once managed a sustainable civilization - we combine European technical and organizational knowledge. We create places where people can lead meaningful productive lives, be focused, decide, and act in their own ways - whatever their background may be. Learn and gain confidence! We invite you to get involved, learn and live in co-creation!
Vital Village is about the fusion of cultures, of languages and civilizations, of nature and man. Careful technology application involves a consideration of relationships. Vital Village technologies may never be seen as stand-alone technical instruments. They are judged by all their effects, their efficiency, their social, ecological and cultural implications, strongly related to beauty and health. We cooperate with EPEA to implement its Cradle to Cradle concept of nature integrated technology applications.
Our aim is to create villages that act as social settings for peaceful development. They will serve as productive areas for healthy nutrition and centers for sustainable and efficient power supply. We connect Social Business to the village world, providing decentralized, modern sustainable technologies, biological agriculture and ecologically sound silviculture.
