Ecologically friendly opportunities for womyn of color, their friends, and their allies.
The seven years of looking for land and the 12 months it took to close the deal have generated a network that contains the nucleus of talents necessary to create a model Earth-friendly family-type farm that can offer a peaceful, supportive, natural environment. Initial stages on the land will provide skill-sharing opportunities in land management, site planning, and alternative construction. We hope to attract individuals experienced in new games and team building. Some of us are considering fund-raising tours to invite input, answer questions, and raise money for building land payments, insurance, travel expenses for volunteers, etc. As facilities come into being, the farm will become a place of rest for wimmin who work for a better world and the ones they choose to work and rest with.
