 Women over age 60, active, common goal contributing monthly from our individual financial resources for purpose of living in a lovely, well maintained single family home, in suburban atmosphere, with outdoor gardening areas and pet (dog) area. no smoking, sharing 1 common meal daily, Spiritual (spiritually eclectic) and open to Unity & Science of Mind,Native American,Eastern Beliefs. Limited to 3 women. There is an entry fee and a background check.Selecting a house for Charlotte North Carolina Grannies is on going "now" housing will be available in approximately 30-90 days.
House to include as many of the following as possible: central air conditioning, central heating, fireplace,wood and or ceramic tile flooring, common room, l story dwelling, fenced rear yard, storage space, upgraded kitchen appliances, storm doors, windows that work, screens on windows.Bathrooms 2 full and one half bath. Bedroooms 3.

Because our housing is a single housing unit and requires the sharing of bathroom, kitchen and common space membership/residency may be restricted based on sex/gender in accordance with the law.
