A Community Of Benedictine Monks Living A Life of Prayer, Work And Joy In The Gospel. A Traditional Roman Catholic Community of men following the Rule of
Saint Benedict.Our Benedictine Community was founded on the feast of Christ the King in November of 1987.
OUR LIFE
The monks live a hidden life of prayer,solitude, penance and following
the call to live in the Spirit of the Beatitudes. Always seeing Christ in all
who may come to the Community.As a contemplative Community we have no outside ministry.

It is the goal of those in monastic life
to make all actions and thoughts an expression of God's will.where work becomes a form of prayer.
HOW WE SUPPORT OUR MONASTERY
The Community supports itself through our Coffee and Gourmet Gift Products
made at the Monastery Gift Shop and from many other Abbey products from around the world.
SCHEDULE
Throughout each day there is a balance of work, prayer,reading and projects within Community. We live a life of fraternal love and support. We have both
priests and brothers who take five canonical vows.
OUR CONNECTIONS
In living our Call to serve Christ and His Church we are a non canonical religious order. We belong to The Benedictine Congregation of The Holy Spirit.We are also Members of THE AMERICAN BENEDICTINE ACADEMY

Visitor Process: Must Contact the Community before any visits are made. Retreats are scheduled and booked six months in advance. No public Mass is offered by the community. Our life is Contemplative and we adhere to the routine of our daily schedules. Visitors are welcomed by invitation only.
